Andale Pricing
This section outlines the terms of sale for products available from Andale, in general. If you are unable to find answers to your questions, please visit our Billing FAQ's. Purchasing Products As the #1 auction solution provider, we aim to provide our customers with robust products at competitive prices. Providing you a way to purchase our products in a way that best suit your business needs is important to us. Buy What You Need, Add As You Grow You can buy Andale solutions individually, create your own product bundle, or select one of our Quick Packs. For large volume sellers (those with listings of 100 or more per month) we offer special discount pricing. Please contact our Sales Account Representatives at: Call: 1-877-258-8488 Prepay and Save Pay for 12 months upfront and save 20% on the entire year's fees. You can pre-pay at the time you sign-up or anytime after opening your account. (All products on a prepaid account are prepaid, including products you may add later.) Payment Methods We Accept We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We accept debit/ATM/check cards that bear the Visa or MasterCard logo.
** Please note: Our card processor requires a $2.00 authorization hold to check whether or not a card is valid. This charge is only a hold, and it will reverse within the next few days. How We Bill All Andale products are available on a monthly subscription basis. Our products are available in varying billing types:
For our usage based products, we provide a wide range of usage based plans, and we encourage you to choose a plan that best suits your needs. In the event your actual usage exceeds the base plan you selected, we will charge your account an overage fee. If at any time overage fees are incurred for exceeding the allowed usage on your subscription plan, those fees will remain due, even if the plan is upgraded to encompass that higher usage level. All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Andale reserves the right to change prices at any time without notification. Andale processes credit card orders immediately and is therefore unable to accept order cancellation requests once an order confirmation has been received. Products are then available for use immediately. If an order is processed in error, contact Andale Customer Care at 1-877-426-3253 for instructions. A subscription to an Andale product is payable solely to Andale and does not include any eBay or other marketplace fees. (i.e., Purchasing Andale Lister, does not result in an advance paid booking of listings or any additional marketing or marketplace fees on eBay.) Andale's billing cycle runs on a calendar month. If you purchase a new product anytime during the month, you are charged the full amount for that month, we do not pro-rate. Andale attempts to bill your account between the 1st and 10th of every month. Since the majority of Andale's products are billed on a monthly subscription basis, and not on a usage basis, you must close your account or remove the product from your account if you wish to stop incurring fees (simply login to your account and click "Billing"). If you stop using the account but do not close it, you will continue to be charged. Products that are removed from your account are available for the remainder of the current paid calendar month and removed at month end. All subscriptions are governed by the Andale User Agreement. Past Due Payments A finance charge equal to the lesser of: (i.) one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, but not less than $15 in the aggregate; or (ii.) the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, shall be payable on all past-due balances. Failure to pay any amounts when due may result in your account being suspended or terminated, exercisable at Andale's sole discretion. In addition to all other amounts payable in respect of the Services you will also be responsible for any collection and enforcement costs Andale incurs. Past Due Payments Questions About Your Bill You can check the status of the products you own anytime. To check your account simply log into your account, and click "Billing." Any claims for refunds or other adjustments to charges on your account must be submitted in writing, either via email or postal mail. If you send email or a letter and you do not receive a response, please contact us again. The only confirmation that we received your email is a direct response to you either accepting or denying your request. If we do not respond to you, that means we did not receive your email or letter. Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of the date such charges are placed on your account. Please send refund requests to: Email: billing@andale.com Andale, Inc. The only exception on the 60-day limit is for Andale Checkout fee credit requests for non-paying bidders. These credit requests are only accepted after having been submitted to the marketplace via the Andale Refund Manager and must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days after the marketplace credit has been approved. Closing Your Account If you wish to close your Andale account, please login to the account first. From the My Andale page, click Settings and then click Manage Your Account. This will take you to a page with options for either contacting our support representatives, closing your account or removing all of your paid products. If you do not know the login information for your account, please contact our billing team by phone or email with as much information as possible so we can help locate your account. If you leave a voice mail message or send an email or postal letter, we may not have enough information to locate your account and therefore the account may remain open. Please do not presume your account is closed until you either complete the process on the website as described above (and then receive a confirmation email) or receive confirmation directly from our staff that it has been done. Multiple quantities purchased by same buyer of a fixed-price item are counted as one checkout. Dutch Auctions are considered as one checkout per buyer, regardless of quantity purchased.
