A: Andale has decided not to renew our eBay Counters contract, but will instead continue to provide free Andale Counters from andale.com, which offers more selections and options for Counters users.

Q: I used to view my Counters from My eBay, can I view them on Andale?
A: Absolutely! Use the sign up button above to quickly create your FREE Counter account on Andale. This process will set a "token" with eBay, and let us know who you are so that we may display your counter stats to you.

Q: What is the difference between managing my Andale Counters on eBay and managing on the Andale site?
A: Choices and automation! Andale offers over 100 Counter styles. We were only able to offer 3 on the eBay site, so you now have a lot more choices. In addition, you can bulk add, bulk edit and view closed auctions. You can even choose to automate adding a Counter to every listing by using Auto-Attach.

Q: What is Auto-Attach?
A: Auto-Attach automatically adds a Counter, in a style you select, to all your future eBay listings so you will never forget to add a Counter! Auto-Attach is an option available from your Andale Counters page: set it and forget it!
