| Automatically Add a Counter to Every Listing With Auto-Attach |

Now you never have to remember to attach a counter to your listings. Andale will do it for you, in every listing, with Counters Auto-Attach. How does it work? As the name implies, Auto-Attach automatically attaches a counter of your preferred style and type to all your future eBay listings. Auto-Attach will also check for duplicate counters, so it won't add a counter if one already exists in your listing.
To activate Counters Auto-Attach, log in to your Andale account, and navigate the tabs:
Auction Tools => Counters => Manage Counters => Auto-Attach. Select Counter style and type, click "Save," and you're done! |

How to Get the Most out of Andale Stores |
Many Andale customers are asking about Andale Stores as an alternative to eBay Stores. If you are considering—or already use—Andale Stores, here are some tips to ensure you get the best possible return on your investment:
Tip One: Take Advantage of Opportunities
Make sure that you have opted-in to Andale Plaza. Andale Plaza is FREE with your Stores subscription, so make sure you add your Andale Store to the Andale Plaza TODAY! Bidders do look at Andale Plaza so make sure you have opted-in!
Tip Two: Generate Traffic with Distribute
Do you want more traffic to your stores? Spend a few minutes in the Distribute area of your Andale Store. Froogle is free, while Shopzilla and Shopping.com require accounts. And more good news: Google Base and Google Checkout are coming soon to Andale Stores!
Tip Three: Don't forget to Upsell
Update your Checkout emails! Do you have links to your Andale Store in your Andale Checkout emails? Your emails can be found under the Andale Checkout Tab under Settings. Make sure you include a link to your Andale Store.
Tip Four: Drive Bidders to your Andale Store
Use Andale Gallery to drive traffic to your Andale Store. When using Andale Gallery in your eBay Auction ads, we follow eBay's 2-click rule, but still make it easy for a customer to find your Andale Store.
Tip Five: Create Repeat Buyers
Develop relationships with your customers for repeat business. Using Andale Customer Manager, email your customers with specials and updates. Repeat customers mean more sales!
Tip Six: Use Meta Keywords and Descriptions
Update your Andale Stores home page with the correct description and keywords. Search engine optimization is critical in driving traffic to your online Store. Make sure you are taking advantage of this section of your Andale Store.
These tips WORK! We recently met with some of our most successful Andale Store owners and each of them used some or all of the tips posted above. One of the sellers we spoke with does 70% of his business with repeat buyers, using customer manager to build relationships with his customers by sending them special notices and offers. |
