Honesty.com to merge

Chicago-based Honesty.com, a Web site and online services provider for sellers who participate in online auctions, announced Monday it is merging with Andale, of Mountain View, Calif., to provide auction management tools, community forums and a sellers' council for both casual and volume online auction sellers. Terms were not disclosed.
