you've asked for.
We heard that you wanted more documentation
to help get you started using our products
effectively. We've drafted and posted manuals for
our most popular products. You also asked us to
create a more complete Research solution, and on
Sept. 1 we're delivering Andale Research.

As our business has grown and evolved, we’ve
worked hard to understand your growing needs. As a
result, we’re pleased to announce that on September
1, 2005, Andale Price Finder and Andale How to Sell
will merge and we're adding a new way to conduct
research - all to form a new research product,
Andale Research.
All New Category Research
We've expanded our research to include the ability to
research an eBay category. Now all the analytics
available at an item level can be applied to an entire
category as a whole. Before you decide to list in a
particular category, you can learn:
- Pricing summary and trends over an 8 week
period
- Aggregated category top seller information,
including number of listings and percent of market
share
- Cumulative category top seller information by
GMS and percent of market share by GMS
An Updated Look
Making sure the data we present is meaningful to you
is something we're always striving for. You'll find
we've updated the user interface making it easier for
you to find the data you need faster and in a more
useful format.
We're excited to bring you these changes. On
September 1, 2005 Andale Price Finder and Andale
How to Sell become Andale Research at the new rate
of $7.95 monthly.

We're pleased to announce that coming in September
2005, we're expanding our available shipping options
to include FedEx in Andale Lister and Andale Lister
Pro. Now you have your choice of shipping carrier -
USPS, UPS or FedEx. Setting up FedEx is
easy...here's how.
- Log into your Andale account
- Go to Auction Tools > Checkout > Settings
- Click the Checkout Profile you want to
Edit (or
Create New)
- Select FedEx as your shipping carrier
- Fill in your FedEx account number
If you don't have a FedEx account, don't worry. Go
to FedEx.com
and create one.
